This International Warranty Policy outlines the rights and protections that apply to your purchase, in accordance with international consumer protection standards.

1. Duration of Warranty
Every item purchased directly from Ampulla Temporis is covered by a 1-year international warranty, starting from the date of delivery to the customer.

2. What the Warranty Covers
If a manufacturing defect is identified within the warranty period, you may request one of the following solutions:

• Free repair performed by an authorised specialist
• Replacement with the same item, if repair is not possible
• Exchange for another item, with payment/refund of any price difference
• Full refund issued to the original payment method

All decisions are made transparently and in agreement with the customer, without unnecessary delays.
A manufacturing defect refers to an issue in materials, assembly, or craftsmanship that existed at the time of production.

3. What the Warranty Does Not Cover
This warranty does not apply to damage resulting from causes unrelated to manufacturing, including but not limited to:

• Mechanical damage (breakage, deformation, impact)
• Wear and tear from normal use
• Scratches, chips, changes in colour due to exposure to chemicals or water
• Improper storage or cleaning
• Modifications or repairs performed by an unauthorised person
• Loss or theft

Natural fossils and stones may include unique textures, variations, and micro-imperfections formed over millions of years. These characteristics are not defects, but part of their authentic nature.

4. How to Request Warranty Service

3. Photos or videos clearly showing the defect

After initial review, we will inform you whether the item needs to be returned for inspection.

5. Returns for Manufacturing Defects
If the defect is confirmed:

• Return shipping is covered by Ampulla Temporis
• Repair, replacement or refund is processed within 14 days after inspection
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method only

If no manufacturing defect is found, you may still request paid repair (if possible) or choose to have the item returned to you.

6. Care Recommendations
To preserve the beauty of your piece:

• Store separately from other jewellery
• Avoid contact with water, perfumes, lotions, and household chemicals
• Clean gently with a soft, dry cloth only
• Do not expose to extreme temperatures or direct sunlight for long periods
