Every item comes with an international warranty that ensures peace of mind, clarity, and respectful service.

Duration of Warranty

Each piece is covered by a 1-year warranty starting from the moment it is delivered to you.
This warranty gives you the right to free repair, replacement, or refund if a manufacturing defect is discovered, according to international consumer protection laws.

What the Warranty Covers

If a manufacturing defect is identified within the warranty period, you may choose one of the following options:
  • Free repair performed by an authorised specialist
  • Exchange for the same item (if repair is not possible)
  • Exchange for another item with additional payment or refund of price difference
  • Full refund issued to the original payment method
All decisions are made together with the customer — respectfully, transparently, and without unnecessary delays.

What the Warranty Does Not Cover

The warranty does not apply if the issue arises from causes unrelated to manufacturing, including:
  • Mechanical damage (e.g., deformation, breakage, impact)
  • Improper use or storage
  • Attempts at self-repair or structural alterations
  • Exposure to water, fire, chemicals, or aggressive environments not intended for jewellery use
  • Natural wear of materials over time
These exclusions are standard across EU/UK/US warranty law.

How to Request Warranty Service

If you believe your item has a defect, please contact us — gently, simply, in any convenient way.
To help us process your request quickly, please include:
  • Your order number or confirmation email
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos or videos illustrating the defect (if requested)
Once we receive your request:
  1. We review it promptly.
  2. We may request additional details if needed.
  3. We offer the appropriate solution — repair, replacement, or refund.
If a return is required, we will provide the correct return address and packaging recommendations.

Repair & Evaluation Time

  • Most repairs are completed within 7–14 business days.
  • If a technical evaluation is required, the process may take longer, depending on the nature of the material.
  • If repair is not possible, we proceed directly to replacement or refund.
All actions comply with international consumer rights and are carried out within a reasonable time frame.

Refund Terms

Refunds are issued:
  • only to the original payment method
  • after the item has been received and inspected
  • within 1–5 business days, depending on your bank or payment system
This ensures compliance with PSD2, FTC rules, and international payment regulations.
