At Ampulla Temporis, we want every piece — every vessel of time — to arrive exactly as intended.
If something does not suit you, you may return or exchange your item in accordance with international consumer protection laws and our store guidelines.
Your Right to Return (International Standard: 14 Days)
You may return an item within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason.

To qualify for a return, the item must be:
  • unused and in its original condition
  • sent back in its original packaging, including all tags, accessories and protective materials
  • accompanied by proof of purchase (email confirmation or any transaction record is acceptable)
Some items may not be eligible for return (e.g., personalised or custom-made pieces).
Any such exceptions will be clearly indicated on the product page.

Returning or Exchanging an Item in Good Condition

If the item meets the conditions above, you may choose:
  • Exchange for another item (with payment or refund of the price difference)
  • Exchange for the same item (if available)
  • Full refund, excluding the original delivery cost

Return shipping
For non-defective items, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refund of original delivery feeIf you return the entire order, the initial delivery fee is refunded in accordance with EU law.

Items Damaged in Transit or Defective

If your piece arrives damaged or you discover a defect after delivery, you are entitled to:
  • a free replacement
  • an exchange for another item
  • a full refund
Important
We recommend inspecting your parcel upon delivery.
If you notice visible damage, please inform the courier and contact us as soon as possible — this helps us resolve the issue quickly.
Your statutory rights remain fully protected even if damage is noticed later.

Cost of return shipping
If the defect is confirmed, all return shipping costs are covered by Ampulla Temporis.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

Please contact our support team before sending the item back.
We will guide you through each step and provide the correct return address and instructions for safe packaging.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval and proceed with:
  • refunds (to the original payment method)
  • exchanges
  • replacements
We do not issue refunds to alternative bank accounts or in cash, in compliance with international payment regulations.

Refund Processing Time

Processing time depends on your payment method and bank:
  • Card payments: refunded to the same card within 1–5 business days
  • Electronic payments: refunded to the same electronic wallet within 1–5 business days
  • Express courier payments (where applicable): refunded through the same payment channel
Bank processing times may vary depending on the country.

Important Notes

  • Refunds are issued only after the returned item is received by our warehouse.
  • If the item is lost during return transit, consumer protection laws may apply — contact us immediately so we can assist.
  • Couriers do not provide product consultations; they are responsible only for the physical delivery of parcels.
